Packed with rich, distinctive flavour The Organic Butchery's organic oxtail is surprisingly meaty – perfect for a classic oxtail soup, clear broth or hearty warming casserole. The oxtail's unique composition offers meat, yes, but also the gelatinous connecting fibres and bone marrow that melt into the gravy imparting unrivalled flavour and providing a natural thickener, too. 

Living active, free-range lives, our organic grass-fed beef is a nutrient-dense food. We farm our cattle in harmony with nature, grazing livestock in turn helps to regenerate the health of our soil. At The Organic Butchery, all our beef is matured on the bone for 28 days to deliver pure, distinctive flavour every time.
