Handmade using our organic brisket, The Organic Butchery pastrami is our West Country take on a traditional New York Jewish classic.  We send our brisket to an award-winning charcuterie expert in the South-West where it's cured in small batches using an artisinal, traditional process. Best served at room temperature, piled high on tangy sourdough bread with sharp mustard and sweet pickles.
