The all-time classic pot-roasting joint, organic beef brisket is a sure-fire way to cook an impressive, delicious beef joint with absolutely no stress. Cut from the pectoral muscle of the beef animal, the only way to go when cooking brisket is very, very slow. As this muscle has arguably worked harder then any other during the cow's life it's very open textured and packed with sinews and connective tissue. For slow cooking, this is only a good thing: the gelatinous fibres melt away, the meat tenderises and flakes and the cooking liquid becomes thick and rich. All without you having to try too hard!

To make it even easier for you, our skilled butchers have boned, rolled and tied your organic beef brisket so it's oven ready when you receive it.
