

Organic Turkey Breast Steaks, Previously Frozen

We think this meat – so jam-packed with flavour – should be enjoyed throughout the year. Turkey steak is as versatile as it's beefy or porky counterparts and is an excellent choice if you're looking to keep things lean and balanced. The delicate flavour lends itself to recipes that have the lightest of touches but it's able to hold it's own with spicy or hearty ingredients, too.
Our Turkeys are supplied by Walters Turkeys in Berkshire, and are one of the few organic turkey producers in the country that hang and dry pluck their turkeys in the traditional way. They are free to explore their natural surroundings pecking at the grass and bales in the fresh air. At night they are in large, straw bedded barns with plenty of room. They are fed on high quality organic feed (a mix of wheat, barley and oats).
