The Organic Butchery diced pork is taken from prime pork shoulder and pork leg joints. This means it has hearty flavour and robust, open texture. It's an idea slow-cooking cut that lends itself to all sorts of flavour combinations. From the kick of oriental spices to mellow fruity sauces, diced pork is happy with any number of accompaniments. Our butchers have meticulously trimmed and cut into regular pieces so there's no prep for you and it'll cook evenly.
All The Organic Butchery pigs are born and reared in a healthy outdoor environment, with access to plenty of room in a pig ark if they need shelter from the elements. The piglets get plenty of exercise and build up strength by playing boisterously. They also have the chance to wallow, rootle and get up to mischief as their instincts dictate.
