


Organic Chipolata Sausages
What's so good about our chipolata sausages? Well, firstly, they have all the massive flavour you get from our full-size pork sausages. And secondly, you can eat twice as many. Ideal. They're perfect for kids' suppers or as a 70s throwback party snack. And then, of course, there's Christmas. Because it just wouldn't be right to have Christmas dinner without chipolatas – either served as they come, or wrapped in streaky bacon as pigs in blankets.
The Organic Butchery pigs are bred from Gloucester Old Spot sows and British Lop boars. These are both ancient native breeds that thrive in our West Country climate. Reared outdoors, our pigs eat a natural diet which is supplemented by whatever they forage in the fields. A life spent out in the open air also means our pigs are less vulnerable to the common infections that spread amongst intensively reared pigs. So they're never routinely dosed with antibiotics and the meat they produce is accordingly as pure and healthy as you can eat.
