

Stuffed Wild Venison Saddle with Port, Pre Frozen
Our wild venison is prized for its rich, tender texture and earthy flavour, naturally enhanced by its free-range lifestyle, and the saddle is a truly exceptional lean cut. Our butchers have carefully hand rolled the saddle around a sausage meat and fig stuffing infused with port.
Serve with festive trimmings and a rich red wine sauce for a sophisticated alternative to traditional turkey.
All of The Organic Butchery's venison is reared in the wilderness of ancient parkland in Somerset. Whilst the deer are largely grass-fed, they also consume the rusk from the estate’s spelt production, reducing waste and contributing to the maintenance of the parkland.
This product has been previously frozen and therefore may defrost partially or fully on its way to you. Due to this it is not suitable for re-freezing.
