

Organic Duck Carcass, Previously Frozen
Even with the most careful butchery, there's always more than a smidgeon of meat left on a duck carcass and we don't think that should go to waste. Add to this the fantastic flavour that's stored in the bones and connective tissues of our organic birds and you have something that amounts to the best stock cube in the world. Just a little bit of effort will reward you with really fabulous flavour.
All of our Perkin ducks are locally reared in Devon’s Blackdown Hills, by working with a poultry specialist who has 40 years of experience running a Soil Association-certified farm, we know that our duck has been reared in a natural, high-welfare system. A natural diet, lots of exercise and the ability to swim, dabble and preen means our ducks are fit and healthy, with strong immune systems. We believe in using the most sustainable methods possible whilst organically rearing our birds; we aim to use as much of the carcass as possible, to reduce wastage.
Minimum Shelf Life: 3 Days
This product has been previously frozen and therefore may defrost partially or fully on its way to you. Due to this it is not suitable for re-freezing.
Why not mix it up a little and add an organic chicken carcass for extra tastiness?
