Organic Chicken Pho Broth

Our free-range organic chicken pho broth is carefully made by Borough Broth Co. using age-old methods and lots of time. It contains only organic British chicken, organic aromatic spices and fresh herbs all cooked together slowly to make a traditional Vietnamese-style pho broth.

Each sachet is 400g – the perfect size for a large warming bowl. Pho is most commonly served as a soup with rice noodles, meat, vegetables, some fresh herbs, a splash of fish sauce and a dash of hot sriracha chili sauce. But this versatile broth can also be used with an endless array of delicious ingredients, be it homemade dumplings, pasta, thick ramen noodles, any choice of protein (egg, tofu, prawns, beef, chicken, pork) and vegetables. And if you're looking for something simple and comforting, it sings on its own as an aromatic Asian broth.
