Our organic chicken livers are a true delicacy, sourced from our free-range, organically raised chickens. Chicken liver is not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients like iron, vitamin A, and B vitamins. Enjoy them in classic pâtés, sumptuous terrines, or simply sautéed with onions and garlic for a quick and nutritious meal.

​​We never use antibiotics on our free-range chickens because our organic farming system gives them everything they need to thrive without preventative medication: room to roam, a naturally foraged balanced diet, clean water and high hygiene standards.
