Finely minced for amazing texture, we add just 10% fat (which brings flavour and succulence) to prime cuts of beef to make a mince that's infinitely versatile and really fantastic value for money. We don't consider our mince to be a second-rate cut and we don't pack it full of the gnarly bits of the carcass – we use really good cuts and you'll see the difference when you cook it.
