
Smoked Haddock Pieces
A really versatile cook's ingredient, smoked haddock pieces are an excellent standby to keep in the freezer. They'll add bags of flavour and plenty of meaty texture to any number of dishes – whether they're down to earth or downright fancy. Haddock is a source of lean protein and beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, as well as providing a hit of B vits plus niacin, folate and pantothenic acid.
At The Organic Butchery, we champion the most sustainable methods in our farming practice, so of course this had to extend to our fish. All of our sustainable fish is sourced by the Cornish Fish Co: using only the most sustainable methods to manage our marine ecosystems and ensure overfishing does not occur. Just 20 metres from the quayside, their fish is bought directly from local fishermen and processed between 6 & 12 hours of being caught.
