

Organic Lean Braising Steak
At The Organic Butchery we take our organic lean braising steak from the forequarter of the beef carcass, matured on the bone. Our butchers have left the steaks whole but have carefully trimmed them, leaving just enough sweet fat to keep it succulent when cooked and permeate your dish with real depth of flavour. A long, gentle braise is rewarded with beautiful tenderness that requires nothing more than a nudge with a spoon for it to flake apart.
Organic grass-fed beef is a nutrient-dense food - it's one of our best sources of high-quality protein and essential nutrients like iron, zinc and Vitamin B12 which are either absent or hard for us to absorb from plants. It's fats also gives us important fat-soluble vitamins including A and E.
