Organic Beef Stock Bones, Previously Frozen

Take a traditional favourite to another dimension with rich, delicious homemade stock

Making your own stock is one of the easiest but most effective ways to add layers of flavour to your cooking. Use our grass-fed organic beef stock bones for broth to make the basis for soups, stews, casseroles, grain dishes and our Organic Beef Bone Broth and you'll really taste the difference. With dried stock cubes and bouillon powders, you're never really certain what's gone into them. By boiling up your own stock you can be 100% in control of your ingredients. So if you want to stay on top of your salt intake or reduce your consumption of preservatives, this is an excellent place to start. It's also a great way to be a real nose-to-tail cook.

At The Organic Butchery, we rear our beef cattle to the highest Soil Association welfare standards and we believe that every part of the animal should be used. This includes the fats. Beef suet is a sustainable product and helps ensure no part of the carcass goes to waste.

If you looking for bones highly nutritious in collagen try using our Lamb Bones, don't overlook our Venison Bones these are packed full of nutrition from the marrow to collagen.

When time's tight, try our ready-made organic beef bone broth.

Clean eating is an important idea for us here at The Organic Butchery. Because our organic farming system doesn't use chemical pesticides or fertilisers on our pastures, we can be sure that none of these nasties make their way into our meat. So when you're using our organic beef stock bones, the broth you make is only flavoured by the meat, marrow and connective tissue.

    Can't Find the Answer?

If you cannot find the answer to your question and would like to speak to someone contact us and we will be happy to help.

Making stock or broth at home couldn't be simpler. If you want to add extra flavour, you can roast the bones for half an hour or so before boiling them. Otherwise, combine them with the veg of your choice (carrot, onion, leek and celery are the usual suspects) plus a handful of woody herbs, cover with water and bring to a simmer. A long, slow cook will extract maximum flavour from the bones, so keep the water topped up and the heat low. Then give it some time. When you're happy the stock is done, strain off the liquid and store in portioned bags in the freezer.
